What do I need to bring?
Two things you’ll need to get in the door:
Ticket – Print out your tickets or pull them up on your device at the door (link to access your tickets is at the bottom of your confirmation email)
Photo ID – We will be checking all attendees’ IDs at the entrance

 

What time is my session & when should I arrive?
VIPs:
Session begins: 5:30pm
Door open: 5:15pm
Event ends: 9:00pm

Chairman’s Selection Seminar:
Session begins: 5:00pm
Door open: 4:45pm
Event ends: 9:00pm

Grand Tasting:
Session begins: 7:00pm
Door open: 6:45pm
Event ends: 9:00pm

 

What about parking?
Complimentary attendee parking is available at the venue.

 

Will there be food?
Yes – We will have mini sandwiches, mac & cheese bar, mashed potato bar and various fruits and vegetables.
We strongly recommend that you make dinner reservations for after the event to help soak up some of that wine you’ve enjoyed!

 

What should I wear?
In general, recommended attire is business casual. Take a look at the photo gallery of last year’s festival to get an idea of what others wore.

 

Are tickets available at the door?
VIP, Grand Tasting and designated driver tickets will be available at the door.

 

I bought tickets, but now I can’t attend. Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final.

 

I can’t find my ticket confirmation.
Search your email for an email from us titled “Harrisburg Wine Festival Ticket Confirmation”. The sender name is “Harrisburg Wine Festival” and email address is “admin@webconnex.com on behalf of Harrisburg Wine Festival <emilyw@cpbj.com>”.
If you are still unable to find it, we will have a guest list at the will call/ticket sales window at the event entrance.
